Pre-School

Our preschool is for children from 3 months to 5 years. We offer the British Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum with collaborative links with the Nigerian Curriculum, using relevant Montessori principles and resources. We believe “Play is the work of young children”.

Elementary School

The Superkids Elementary School is a primary school for children from 5 years to 10years. We offer the British National Framework and Nigerian Curriculum with collaborative links with the International Primary Curriculum, using excellent methods of delivery.

Co-curricular Activities

Indoor: chess, cookery, crafts, coding, scrabble. Outdoor: sports, taekwondo, dance, swimming

Volunteering

Parents are encouraged to participate in school-related activities, including those pertaining to curriculum and instruction.

Parent/Teacher Conference

Formal parent/teacher conferences are scheduled to facilitate open communication between parents and teachers regarding Pupils’ progress.

Parent Newsletters

Parents will receive newsletters from the Head of School with announcements of upcoming events and school-wide activities.

Assessment Sheets

Assessment Sheets will be sent electronically to parents at the end of each term to provide specific information about Pupil’s progress in each subject.

The School Year

The school runs a session of three terms (Alpha Term, Easter Term, and Omega Term) with a maximum of thirteen (13) weeks per term.

Students in classroom

School Hours

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:45am - 2:00pm
  • Extension lessons - 2:15 - 3pm, Fridays: 7:45am - 1:00pm

Drop Off

  • For security reasons, the school will remain closed until 7:00 a.m.
  • We encourage parents to keep the children until 7:00 a.m. when they can be handed over to the caregivers or teachers.

Pick Up

  • We encourage our parents to adhere to the school’s closing time. A period of 30 minutes grace is given after the close of school.
  • Children not picked up after the grace period will be sent to the late fine area. There will be charges for late pickup.
